THE PALACE ON WHEELS

The very mention of Rajasthan evokes visions of Maharajas, palaces, forts, deserts, camels and people in brightly coloured attire. It is through such a landscape that the Palace on Wheels, one of the ten most luxurious trains of the world, winds its way on its week-long journey.

The journey begins from Delhi, and takes the travellers through Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Swai Madhopur, Chittaurgarh, Udaipur, Agra, Bharatpur and Delhi.  It is one of the world's most exciting journeys, and offers a variety of sightseeing and desert safaris laced with dance and music to make the trip memorable.

The fourteen deluxe saloons, equipped with all modern-day amenities is tastefully decorated and offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience of living in royal splendour.

The seven day tour gives the traveller a unique opportunity to leisurely explore Rajasthan while the 'Khidmatgars' do their utmost to make the tour as comfortable as possible.
