Day 01     Arrive Delhi

  • Arrive Delhi by international flight.

  • Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. 

  • Rest of the day at leisure.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02     Delhi

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning city sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi.

    • Full day city tour, visiting Qutab Minar, India Gate (War Memorial), Humayun's Tomb, Lakshmi Narayan Temple-modern Hindu Temple, drive past President's House, Parliament House and Secretariat Buildings. Also visit Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, Red Fort, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03     Delhi - Agra (205 kms / 128 miles)

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning leave Delhi by car for Agra en route visiting Sikandra.

    • Sikandra, Situated across the Yamuna, 4 km away, houses the tomb of Akbar. An interesting feature of Akbar.

  • On arrival at Agra, check-in at the hotel.

  • Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Agra.

    • City tour of Agra, visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Also visit the Agra Fort (Halls of Private and Public audience), Itmad-ud-Daula and other palaces. 

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04     Agra - Jaipur (232 kms / 145 miles)

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning leave Agra by car for Jaipur en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri.

    • Fatehpur Sikri, 38 km from Agra, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. 

  • On arrival at Jaipur, check-in at the hotel.

  • Rest of the day at leisure or you may explore the city on your own.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05     Jaipur

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning excursion to Amber Fort including elephant ride.

    • Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the State until 1728. Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and Temple of Kali. Ascend on Elephant back, the hill, on which the fort is situated. 

  • Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Jaipur city.

    • City tour of Jaipur, visiting Maharaja's City Palace, the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), the Royal Observatory, Ram Niwas Gardens, Albert Hall and the Museum. Later drive through this "Pink City's" business and residential areas. 

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06     Jaipur - Udaipur 

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Udaipur.

    • City tour of Udaipur, visiting the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum), Fatehsagar Lake, Pratap Smarak, Sajjan Niwas Garden and Sahelion-ki-Bari (Queen's resort for her friends).

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07     Udaipur 

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning excursion to Eklingi & Nagda temples.

    • Eklingi & Nagda, visiting to the celebrated temple of Eklingji which was built for the tutelary deity of the Maharanas of Mewar, of sand stone and marble in 734 A.D. Its 108 temples are enclosed by high walls and has a pyramidical roof composed of hundreds of knobs. Later, visit Nagda, one of the ancient palaces of Mewar dating back to the 6th century A.D. The Sas Bahu Temples are among the most exquisitely carved temples.

  • Evening boat cruise on Lake Pichola.

    • The lake is 4 km long and 3 km broad, surrounded by splendid hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats and embankments. Visit the island palace Jag Niwas which is beautifully set in the Lake.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08     Udaipur - Mumbai - Kochi

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Mumbai.

Day 09     Kochi (Cochin) - Houseboat

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning city sightseeing tour of Kochi.

    • City tour of Kochi, visiting the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese fishing Nets, St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church.

  • Later transfer from hotel to the houseboat. You will enjoy backwater cruise crossing the narrow canals of Kerala.

  • Overnight stay at houseboat.

Day 10     Houseboat - Kumarakom

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Later houseboat will drop you at the Jetty. Proceed by car to Kumarakom.

  • On arrival at Kumarakom, check-in at hotel.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11     Kumarakom - Periyar (127 kms / 79 miles)

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning leave Kumarakom by car for Periyar.

  • On arrival at Periyar, check-in at the hotel. 

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12     Periyar

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning and evening boat cruise on Lake Periyar to watch animals in their natural habitat. The earliest sanctuary, it was set up in 1934 and forms part of the mountain ranges, the Western Ghats. Cruising on Lake Periyar, you are likely to see animals like wild boars, sambars, wild dogs, langur monkeys and wild elephants.

Day 13     Periyar - Madurai (142 kms / 89 miles)

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning leave Periyar by car for Madurai.

  • On arrival at Madurai, check-in at hotel.

  • Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Madurai.

    • City tour of Madurai, visiting the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering gopurams (rising high above the surrounding country side). Later, visit the Tirumala Nayak Palace - A gracious building in the Indo saracenic style, famous for the Stucco work on its domes and arches.

  • Evening visit Meenakashi Temple during Aarti ceremony. 

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14     Madurai - Chennai (Madras)

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning leave Madurai by car for Chennai.

  • On arrival at Chennai, check-in at hotel.

  • Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Chennai.

    • City tour of Chennai, visiting museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery. (Closed on Fridays and Public holidays). Drive through the Flower and Fruit market, High court, Fort Museum, Marina Beach, San Thome Cathedral and Snake Park.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel.  

Day 15     Chennai - Mumbai - Leave Mumbai

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning full day excursion to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram.

    • Mahabalipuram & Kanchipuram, The former was the main port of the Pallava Dynasty and has exquisite rock-cut monuments, monolithic structures and bas-reliefs. It is also a beach resort. Kanchipuram, the Golden City was one of the seven sacred cities of India and once had 1000 temples. Now only 200 remains. It is also famed for it's hand-woven cottons and Kanjivaram silk. 

  • In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Mumbai.
