Day 01     Arrive Mumbai (Bombay)

• Arrive Mumbai by international flight.

• Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02     Mumbai

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning excursion to Elephanta Caves.

  • Elephanta Caves, across the harbour to the world famous, 1200 years old Elephanta Caves, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The famous TRIMURTI sculpture signifying the trinity of the Creator, the Preserver and the Destroyer is located here. (Subject to weather conditions)

• Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Mumbai.

  • City tour of Mumbai, visiting the Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum (Museum is closed on Mondays) Fish Aquarium, Jain Temple, Hanging Gardens on the slopes of Malabar Hills offering nice view of Marine Lines & Chowpatty Beach, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhawan (Where Mahatma Gandhi used to stay) then to Dhobi Ghat. Also drive past Afghan Church, Flora Fountain, colourful Crawford Market and Marine Drive.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03     Mumbai - Bhavnagar

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Bhavnagar.

• Assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

• Morning city sightseeing tour of Bhavnagar.

  • City tour of Bhavnagar, visiting the Gandhi Smriti which has a library, a small museum, gallery and memorial to the founder of India. Nearby is Gauri Shankar Lake, a picnic spot and Takhteshwar Temple with fine views from the hilltop. The Bhavnagar lock gate keeps ship afloat during low tides in the city's port. 

• Rest of the day at leisure or you may explore the city on your own.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04     Bhavnagar - Palitana (50 kms / 31 miles)

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning leave Bhavnagar by car for Palitana.

• On arrival at Palitana, check-in at the hotel.

• Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Palitana.

  • Palitana, The temple-covered Shatrunjay Hill, 2,000 ft. near Palitana town has 863 shrines and exquisite marble temples with arches, carved pillars and bejewelled idols. The temples range from the 11th to 20th century.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05     Palitana - Ahmedpur - Mandvi (186 kms / 116 miles)

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning leave Palitana by car for Ahmedpur-Mandvi.

• On arrival at Ahmedpur-Mandvi, check-in at the hotel.

• Afternoon visit to the beach and relaz.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06     Ahmedpur - Mandvi

• Full day on the beach.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07     Ahmedpur - Somnath (58 kms / 36 miles) - Sasan-Gir

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning depart by car for Somnath.

• On arrival at Somnath, proceed directly to visit the Shiva temple.

  • Somnath, The historic shore temple of Somnath is one of the 12 important jyotirlingas of Shiva in India. A museum nearby has exhibits from the original temple before it was destroyed by invaders. Te port town of Veraval nearby has interesting docks and palaces.

• Later leave for Sasan-Gir by car.

• On arrival at Sasan-Gir, check-in at the hotel.

• Evening jungle safari into the sanctuary.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08     Sasan-Gir - Junagarh (58 kms / 36 miles)

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning jungle safari into the sanctuary.

• Later depart by car for Junagarh.

• On arrival at Junagarh, check-in at the hotel.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09     Junagarh

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning excursion to Girnar visiting Jain Temples.

  • Junagarh has several palaces, gardens, mosques. The 3,660 ft. Girnar mountain has Hindu and Jain temples and mosques, including 12th century marble temples. 

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10     Junagarh - Rajkot - Wankaner (160 kms / 100 miles)

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning depart by car for Wankaner en route visiting Rajkot.

• On arrival at Wankaner, check-in at the hotel.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11     Wankaner - Ahmedabad (211 kms / 132 miles)

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning depart by car for Ahmedabad.

• On arrival at Ahmedabad, check-in at the hotel.

• Rest of the day at leisure or you may explore the city on your own.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12     Ahmedabad

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• Morning city sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad.

  • City tour of Ahmedabad, visiting the magnificent Mosque of Siddi Saiyad with its exquisite stone carvings, the beautiful Jama Masjid, white marbled Hathee Singh's Temple, Dada Hari Baoli, Shaking Minarets, Calico Textile Museum and Sabarmati Ashram started by Mahatma Gandhi.

• Afternoon excursion to Patan visiting Rani-Ki-Vav and other architectural buildings.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.  

Day 13     Ahmedabad - Mumbai - Leave Mumbai

• Buffet breakfast at hotel.

• In time transfer to domestic airport to connect flight for Mumbai.

• Assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel for dinner.

• Later transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward destination.
