You are greeted on arrival at the Kochi (Cochin) International Airport and driven to CASINO HOTEL on Willingdon Island. Harbour cruise at Sun-set.

After breakfast visit the Spice & Fish Market. Mid afternoon introduction to cooking followed by demonstration and hands on experience at cooking various SEAFOOD dishes. Indian, of course.

After breakfast you will drive to Periyar, which lies in the shade pf Cardamom Hills and is a beautiful area of tranquil winding roads, tea gardens, rubber estates and Spice plantations. Check-in at the SPICE VILLAGE. Late afternoon enjoy a boat safari in lake Periyar in the National Park, known for herds of wild elephants, bison, deer and spectacular bird life. Get back for a live demonstration of cooking with spices.

After breakfast a walking tour of Spice Village accompanied by Hotel staff - Introduction to Spices. You can actually see spices in its natural habitat. Mid-afternoon hands on lessons on cooking with spices. Learn a few simple and easy to make Keralan dishes.

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom on the banks of lake Vembanad and hop on to a boat to COCONUT LAGOON an eco-friendly resort created out of old Keralite homes called, "Tharavad". Demonstration of "Conquering the Coconut" from plucking, de-husking, breaking, grating and finally cooking with the coconut. Sun-set cruise on a rice boat.

After breakfast, take a cruise for a farm visit and also, if lucky, to watch the locals fishing. Mid-afternoon - live, hands on lessons on preparing few Kerala Seafood dishes.

After breakfast, boat transfer across lake Vembanad to Puthenangadi and drive to MARARI BEACH. Day at leisure on the beach.

It's time to bid farewell, drive to airport and assist you with all check-in formalities.
